Book one was better👻

⭐️Overall rating:3.5 /5: ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

I read ninth house last year which was INSANE!! I’m usually not too big into fantasy but I’m trying to get into it. This reminded me of Harry Potter but in Ivy League schools. I’m not usually into these kinds of things, but having just graduated college myself, I think the secret societies of high end schools is pretty cool. Not to mention they have magic, cast spells, can see and hear the dead, and they have to find a way to break into hell to get their friend back. The female main characters are bad asses and do everything in their power to find their friend. I am not going to give too much away but the first book was definitely better because there was more action this book had a lot of backstory that made it drag at some points but if a third novel is made I will definitely pick it up!
