AOYAMA Lab Delicious Treats Direct From Japan
A shop that has never been known, just a cart through, and the first eye is the whiteness of the building, looking at the knees to the simplicity, with a sign saying that this is a Japanese dessert shop.
It made us two brothers want to walk in and touch, and in the middle of the room there was a plaster platform that sprinkled fresh flowers, flowing water, and looking at the Buddha, there was little knowledge.
When walking to the second floor, the whole room is green. It comes from the name AOYAMA Lab, which means green mountain (very fresh green). The dessert menu of this store is designed by Michelin pastry chef Miho Otani. The menu will feature Roll cakes, Puddings, Sandwiches & Cookies.
The reception is water served, and it explains the origin of each snack, which is the service worker. It feels like we are VIP guests. We chose Roll Cake, which is tea flour and jasmine pudding.
This shop has no place to eat, only take home orders, and before returning, there is a prophecy paper to go to the water and receive the prophecy, with a translation from Adline.
Most importantly, we two brothers don't dress up to come to the cafe. Looks weird. But what to do? The shop is chic.
