เมื่อได้มาลองชิมกล้วยทับแม่ฝาดที่นครศรีธรรมราช ผมประทับใจในรสชาติหวานมันที่ลงตัว ตัวกล้วยทับเนื้อนุ่ม ราดด้วยน้ำกะทิที่เข้มข้นแต่ไม่เลี่ยน ทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่นและละมุนแบบสุดๆ จุดที่น่าสนใจคือร้านนี้ใช้วัตถุดิบสดใหม่คุณภาพดี แถมยังมีสูตรชาใต้แท้ๆ ที่เข้ากันกับกล้วยทับอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ การนั่งชิลล์ที่ร้านสาขาเสาธง1 หรือเสาธง2 ก็สะดวกสบาย ตกแต่งบรรยากาศเป็นกันเอง เหมาะสำหรับสายกินที่ชอบลองของอร่อยท้องถิ่น ความรู้สึกส่วนตัว ผมชอบเมนูนี้เพราะว่าราคาไม่แพงและเหมาะกับช่วงบ่ายเมื่ออยากหาอะไรหวานๆ มาเติมพลัง อีกทั้งการสั่งโทรจองโทร 081-480-4018 ก็ง่าย และร้านเปิดทุกวันตั้งแต่เช้าถึงเย็น ทำให้ไม่พลาดโอกาสลิ้มลองความอร่อยนี้ ถ้าใครมาเยือนนครศรีฯ แนะนำว่าต้องมาให้ได้ กล้วยทับแม่ฝาดน้ำกะทิยกซดถือเป็นของฝากและของกินที่ต้องลอง เพื่อสัมผัสรสชาติแท้ๆ ของขนมไทยที่ไม่เหมือนใคร
