「神戸のいちごビュッフェ、結局どこがいいの？」と迷っている人向けに、私が行って感じた“選び方のコツ”と当日の動き方を追記します。検索でよく出てくる三宮周辺（ANAクラウンプラザホテル神戸、ポートピアホテルなど）と比べたい人にも参考になるはず。 まず、ラ・テラスホール神戸の強みは“海景色の中で、いちご×チョコをしっかり堪能できる”ところ。窓いっぱいのオーシャンビューに、真っ赤ないちごスイーツが並ぶので、写真も撮りやすいです。ビュッフェって当たり外れが心配だけど、ここは「1つ1つが高クオリティ」だと感じました。 当日のおすすめの回り方は、最初に全体を一周して「絶対食べたいもの」を決める→撮影タイムでさっと撮る→スイーツ→セイボリー→スイーツに戻る、の順。いちご系は人気が集中しがちなので、ショートケーキやタルト、ムースなど“いちご感が強い王道”を早めに確保すると安心です。チョコ系（テリーヌやボンボンショコラ）は濃厚なので、少量ずつにすると最後まで楽しめます。 そして地味に大事なのがセイボリー（塩っ気）。甘いものだけだと途中で満足しちゃうけど、淡路どりのカチャトーラや白身魚のフリット、神戸ポーク系、スパイスカレー、ピザがあると「甘味と塩っ気で無限ループ」になって、結果的にいちごスイーツもまた食べたくなります。ランチタイム（12:00〜14:00）開催なので、私は“ごはん3：スイーツ7”くらいの配分がちょうど良かったです。 アクセス面では、各線三宮駅から徒歩約15分。歩く距離はあるので、ヒールより歩きやすい靴が安心。海沿いで風が強い日もあるので、羽織りがあると快適でした。 予約はWEB優待（事前決済）の方が料金的にお得。2/25(水)・2/26(木)の開催は回数が少ないので、候補日が決まったら早めに押さえるのがおすすめです。「いちごビュッフェ 神戸 2026」で探している人は、海景色×いちご×チョコの組み合わせとして、かなり満足度が高い選択肢だと思います。
