gurl I am a mix of morning person and a night own and it sucks. someday I can be up at 8am ready to go. Other days...I went to bed at 3am and got up at 8am and I'm tired AF or hyper af. it just depends. sometimes I just don't go to sleep, sometimes I sleep in. I also have insomnia, soy sleep schedule is 100% broken
