This isn’t just hyperbole; it’s about controlled, precise movements that activate muscles you didn’t know you had. For example, exercises with hands behind the head or intense abdominal presses create a deep burn that lasts well beyond the session. Despite the challenge, Pilates offers fantastic benefits. It improves posture, core strength, flexibility, and even mental focus.
