I decided today is the day to dry out the sourdough starter I made for my niece and my nephews wife. I don't intend to keep feeding them and baked some bread from their jars to make sure they got a good head start. Instructions - line the baking pan with parchment paper - Thinly spread s

Trimming & Propagating
Routinely pruning your vine plants is important to prevent them from looking branchy, overcrowding promoting bushy growth and air circulation for your plant. As I mentioned in a previous post, you can take the leaves you remove and propagate them as well. It does not have to be part of the main

Propagating Plants
Every plant has an ability to grow roots in water and thrive. I use to clip the pothos I had in my cubicle and would take one leaf and put it in a clear plastic cup with water. I would bring them home with me as they would out grow the cup, to only create more plants. Propagating plants beco

Monstera Deliciosa
I will admit I have a bad habit of procrastinating when it comes to wiping down my plants. I've neglected her and a few others when it comes to weekly wipe downs. However, she does get spritz every 2-3 hours and kept by my pothos. She does not need constant watering, just every 7-10 days, but i

Propagating Lucky Bamboo
Lucky Bamboo is part of the Dracaena family and not an actual bamboo. Propagating it is fairly simple by clipping the growth (must be minimum of 5cm) and removing old growth or leaves from the bottom to prevent rot. I clipped off two growths from the main branch and put it in distilled water. Ta
