I wanted to eat matcha too
I thought I didn't see much Iyokan ice cream, so I tried it!
The texture is between sherbet and ice cream!
I think it's good to eat refreshing in summer!
There was a little chair in the store where you can sit and eat!

There was a machine that could make cotton candy automatically 😆
I chose the butterfly-shaped one, but there were other Hana-shaped patterns!
i tried this machine for the first time and it was fun.

A shop that was right in front of Dogo Onsen Main Building as soon as entering Haikara Street
Tangerine soft? 🍦🍊
It's refreshing, but it also has the creaminess of soft serve ice cream! It was delicious and I finished it quickly!
The one with 16 looks like meringue, so this one was also too good!
Dorayaki also looked delicious 🤤

道後温泉の食べ歩きって、温泉に入る前後の“ちょっと小腹がすいたタイミング”にちょうどいいんですよね。私が歩いた感じだと、ハイカラ通り（商店街）の中だけでも甘い系が多くて、みかんスイーツ目的の人はかなり満足できると思います。 まず「道後もなかアイス」は、外側がもなかで手がベタつきにくいのが地味に助かりました。伊予柑味は、アイスというよりシャーベット寄りのさっぱり感で、湯上がりや暑い日のクールダウンにぴったり。お店によっては店内にちょっと座れるスペースがあるので、食べ歩きが苦手な人でも安心です。 次に「みかんソフトクリーム」は、柑橘の香りが立つのにミルクのコクも残っていて“ちゃんとソフト”なのが良かったです。写真映えするトッピング（「16」みたいな飾りやメレンゲっぽいもの）が乗っているメニューもあって、見た目重視で選んでも満足度高め。混みやすい時間帯は、先に写真をサッと撮って端に寄って食べると通行の邪魔になりにくいです。 それから、ハイカラ通りはスイーツ以外にも“つい寄り道したくなる”ポイントが多め。無人でわたあめを作る機械は、待ち時間も含めてイベント感があって楽しかったです。形も蝶々型など選べるので、子ども連れやカップルの思い出作りにも向いてそう。 お土産系でおすすめなのは「坊っちゃん団子」。箱で買う前に、まず1本だけ試せるお店があるのがありがたいです。食べた印象は、お団子というより練り切りっぽくて餡の味がしっかり。甘いものを何個も食べ歩きする日は、最後にこれをシェアして締めるのもアリでした。 最後に回り方のコツ。道後温泉本館の近くは特に人が集まりやすいので、開店直後〜午前中に食べたいものを先に押さえて、混んできたらお土産チェックに切り替えるとスムーズでした。みかんスイーツ目当てなら、まず“みかんソフト”→“道後もなかアイス”の順で行くと、濃厚→さっぱりで味の流れがきれいでおすすめです。
