Honey Butter Skillet Corn

I’ll never eat regular corn again.

I thawed some corn on the cob from our garden, cooked in boiling water until done, cut off the cob.

I didn’t measure anything- but here’s a basic recipe

1 package frozen corn

2 tbs honey

2 tbs butter

4 ounces cream cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Add some chili lime seasoning for a little kick!

melt butter and honey in skillet till combined, add corn, cook for 5-8 minutes, add cream cheese cut into chunks, cook until cheese is melted- serve immediately!
