Street corn pasta salad

I saw this on here but the post contained no recipe so here’s what I came up with.

1 box of elbow noodles

1 bunch of cilantro

1 red onion

1 bag of frozen corn

1 bag of Cotija cheese(substitute Chihuahua cheese if needed)

For the sauce

1 cup mayo

2 cups sour cream

3 tbs chili lime seasoning

Cook the pasta, heat up corn, mix sauce ingredients in separate bowl and then combine all ingredients

Serve hot or cold
