🚂meme train is running...

They said bring a jacket.

I brought every jacket.

Better safe than sorry. ☁️🧥

...🚂...

2/2 Edited to

... Read moreWhen it comes to unpredictable weather, I've learned that being prepared is key. I remember a time when I was told to bring a jacket, but I ended up bringing several different ones just in case. Each jacket served a different purpose—from lightweight windbreakers to cozy insulated coats. This approach helped me adapt quickly when the temperature dropped or the wind picked up unexpectedly. Layering jackets not only adds warmth, but also flexibility. I could easily remove or add layers throughout the day without sacrificing comfort. Carrying multiple jackets might seem like overkill, but it’s a small price to pay compared to being cold or uncomfortable. Plus, it’s a fun way to mix and match styles! One tip I always follow is to prioritize versatility when choosing jackets. Look for pieces that can handle varying weather conditions and can be packed compactly. This strategy has saved me on many occasions, especially during outdoor events or trips where weather can shift quickly. So, when the advice comes to "bring a jacket," I say bring every jacket if you can. You’ll thank yourself later. Better safe than sorry, especially on days when the weather and the meme train are both running wild!

why I train barefoot on leg days
I used to train in running shoes because that’s just what I thought you were supposed to wear. But I kept noticing my knees felt off, my hips felt wobbly, and I wasn’t feeling my glutes the way I wanted to. Once I switched to barefoot training (just socks or converse/vans), everything changed.
