Felt like I was wasting energy on others🤞

2/22 Edited to

... Read moreFrom my personal experience, one of the most powerful mindset shifts I've made is choosing to believe in my own potential more deeply. There was a time when I felt like I was expending too much energy trying to meet other people's expectations or accommodate their demands, which often left me feeling drained and less motivated. By consciously deciding to prioritize my own growth and self-belief, I noticed a significant change—not only in my energy levels but also in my outlook on life. Instead of feeling frustrated or burdened, I gradually started feeling empowered, motivated, and more optimistic about my capabilities. The key here was to redirect my focus from external validation to internal strength. Also, it helped me establish clearer boundaries in my relationships and daily interactions. Rather than overextending myself for others at the expense of my own well-being, I began to recognize when it was necessary to say no and when to conserve my energy for activities and goals that truly mattered to me. This not only improved my mental and emotional health but also increased my productivity and creativity. Believing in your potential is more than just a pep talk; it’s about acknowledging your unique abilities and trusting the journey of your personal development. If you've ever felt like wasting energy on others, try shifting your attention inward. The rewards often include more peace, better focus, and a stronger sense of self-worth—all crucial for long-term success and happiness.

If you’re a 90s baby like me there was just certain stuff we could NOT do. Like talking when an adult is talking. Like talking back. Like saying any word that even resembled a curse word. (What the heck) or Like even making a face that even looked like we had an attitude. When I was growing up kids

💔 He was cheating and I was ignoring the signs 🙈🙉🙊
7 years and 6 kids later the ultimate betrayal happened. Although the signs were all around me I choose to ignore it because we’ll, “that’s my husband, he would never”… But once the truth came out I felt as if I betrayed myself. Because my intuition knew and I ignored it all. The biggest o

I Didn’t Think It Was Possible!
When I first faced my most challenging CS class, I felt completely lost. But these methods turned the struggle into success: 🌟 1. One Concept at a Time Instead of overwhelming myself, I started small. First arrays, then stacks, and eventually queues—focusing on one topic made the learning proce

Why I was so close to dropping out of college?
1.) FAILURE! The way that I would study and failed every exam and made me feel like I wasn’t good enough and stupid was horrible. I would review past exams, study for hours and still failed. 2.) OVERWHELMING! I found it so overwhelming because so much time was dedicated towards school and I didn’
