THE ROMANS ROAD TO SALVATION

AND SINNER'S PRAYER.

KJV BIBLE.

... Read moreHey everyone! I wanted to share something really close to my heart today: discovering the Romans Road to Salvation. It's a simple yet profound way to understand God's plan for us, and it truly changed my perspective on faith. For anyone feeling lost or seeking a deeper connection, the 'Romans Road' uses verses from the Book of Romans in the KJV Bible to clearly explain how to find salvation through Jesus Christ. It's a beautiful journey that I want to walk you through. We all start here. The Bible makes it clear in Romans 3:23, stating 'For All have Sinned and fall short of the glory of God.' I know for me, realizing this wasn't about being 'bad,' but about missing the mark, was a huge step. It showed me my deep need for something more. The weight of sin has a consequence. Romans 6:23 plainly tells us, 'For the wages of Sin is death.' This isn't just physical death, but spiritual separation from God, which the Bible sometimes refers to as the '2nd death' in Revelation 20:14-15. It's a sobering thought, but it leads us directly to the good news. But the same verse, Romans 6:23, continues with incredible hope: 'but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.' This is where God's amazing love comes in. As the Bible beautifully puts it, 'For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son' (John 3:16, a verse I always connect here, though not from Romans directly, it perfectly illustrates God's heart!). He sent Jesus to pay that 'wage' for us, to bridge the gap our sin created. So, what do we do? Romans 10:9-10 explains that 'if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.' It's about a heartfelt belief and a verbal commitment. This step made salvation feel so accessible and real to me. And the best part? Once you've made that decision, you have assurance! Romans 10:13 says, 'For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.' A verse that brings me so much comfort, from John 10:27-30, reassures us that 'No Man Can Pluck them From my hand.' Your salvation is secure in Him, a promise you can hold onto! This journey often culminates in what’s known as the Sinner’s Prayer. It's not a magic formula, but a genuine expression from your heart to God, acknowledging your need for Him and accepting His gift of salvation. If you're ready to take this step, you can pray something like this, just as I did: 'Dear God, I know that I am a Sinner, Please forgive me. I dedicate My life to you, I put my trust and faith in Jesus Christ. Amen!' Remember, it's the sincerity of your heart that matters most, not the exact words. Embracing the Romans Road has brought immense peace and purpose to my life. I hope this personal explanation helps you understand it better or even inspires you to consider your own spiritual journey. It's truly a gift God offers to us all!

The Romans Road to Salvation
What if salvation could be explained like a simple road… one step at a time? The Romans Road lays it out so clearly: ➡️ We all fall short – no one is perfect (Romans 3:10, 3:23) ➡️ Sin has a cost – and it leads to death (Romans 6:23) ➡️ But God made a way – Jesus took our place (Romans 5:8)
