1. Fill your jar ½ way with garlic.

2. Pour raw honey until everything’s covered.

3. Leave some space at the top for bubbles (it will fizz).

4. Keep the lid loose the first week—let the gases escape.

5. Every few days, flip the jar to coat everything.

6. After 2–4 weeks, it’s ready… but the longer it sits, the better it tastes.
