私も出産を控え、資産形成の考え方が大きく変わりました。これまではNISAやiDeCoといった効率的な投資のみを重視し、保険はあまり良くないものと考えていました。しかし、家族が増えることで生活基盤のリスクマネジメントが重要だと実感。特に医療保険やがん保険の必要性を深く考えるようになりました。医療保険では、公的保障でカバーしきれない先進医療の費用が大きな負担になることもあります。月々数百円程度の特約で高額な治療に備えられるので、無理のない範囲で検討する価値があります。また、がん保険は年齢問わず検討すべきで、治療費用が数千万円にのぼるケースもあるため、家族の将来の教育費を守る意味でも備えは大切です。さらに、変額保険は投資と保険を融合させた商品で、働けなくなった場合でも教育費や生活費の確保に役立ちます。住宅ローンの団体信用生命保険が付いているなら収入保障保険を減らす選択肢もありますが、必要保障額の見直しはこまめに行うべきです。私が聞いた多くのFPの意見も、多様なライフスタイルに合わせて正解は一つではないと教えてくれました。ご自身の家族構成や収入状況に応じて、公的保障も踏まえつつ守りと攻めのバランスを取り、資産形成や保険の見直しを行うことが重要です。経験上、情報収集と専門家への相談を複数行い、自分たち家族に合ったプランを選ぶことが心の安心にもつながりました。保険や投資は難しいと感じるかもしれませんが、一歩ずつ理解を深めていけば確実に未来への備えが整います。ぜひ投資だけに偏らず、生活の安心を守るための保険活用も検討してみてください。
