I want to share this honestly because I think the collagen conversation needs more real timelines and fewer vague claims about transformation.
Collagen is a long game. That is the most honest thing I can tell you about it. The changes are slow and cumulative and if you are not paying close attention you will miss them as they are happening.
What I can point to at this stage is real and visible even if it did not happen dramatically.
My skin is consistently more hydrated and resilient than it was. The area around my eyes specifically has changed in a way that multiple people have noticed without me saying anything. That is the kind of change that is hard to argue with.
My joints feel better than they did when I started. An achiness I had completely normalized has quietly reduced in a way that I notice most on the days when I have been on my feet more than usual.
My hair is a more complicated story right now because stress has been a factor in what is happening there and I want to be honest about that rather than attributing everything to collagen. I am staying consistent and addressing both sides.
What I am focused on for the rest of the year is continuing what is working and giving the hair piece the time it needs to show what it can do when the stress piece is also being addressed.
Consistency with the right form of collagen long enough for it to actually show. That is the whole strategy.
Comment LONGEVITY and I'll tell you exactly what I use and why 🌿
