Sometimes the kindest thing we can do for ourselves is simply stop fighting where we are. 💛 With ME and chronic illness, self-compassion isn’t giving up or being lazy — it’s recognising that our bodies have limits and responding to them with kindness rather than criticism. One gentle moment can change the whole tone of a day: less guilt, less pressure, more peace. And when we practise those moments again and again, they can change the way we live with illness — learning to care for ourselves instead of constantly pushing against ourselves. 🌿

Read This If You Can’t Stop Overthinking Tonight 💭
Overthinking isn’t your mind working against you—it’s your mind trying to protect you. But not every moment needs to be solved. Sometimes, the kindest thing you can do for yourself is to rest instead of searching for answers. Let your thoughts slow down. You’re allowed to pause. 💛 ~ WarmH

Today is World Bipolar Day 💜 A day for understanding, for kindness, and for reminding ourselves that not everything we carry is visible. It also happens to be the birthday of Vincent van Gogh - someone who created such beauty while navigating a mind that felt everything so deeply 🎨✨ And I do

A bedroom scene with a bed and window, featuring text that reads "COMPARISON STINGS BECAUSE: we recognize untapped greatness in ourselves, we fixate on lack instead of abundance, we turn inspiration into jealousy (due to insecurity)."
A bedroom scene with a plant and nightstand, displaying text "TIPS TO BUILD THE FOUNDATION" followed by advice like "clean out your socials," "be present," "get to know yourself," and "practice gratitude."

If you’re anything like me you might be afraid to write directly in your new Bible. Whether there’s not enough space, you don’t want to cover God’s word with your own writing, or you’re simply an over thinker and are afraid of making permanent marks. Here’s a little tip you might like- Washi Tape.

I Didn’t Realize Healing Could Look Like This…
Sometimes healing doesn’t look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like watering the same soil every morning, trusting something is happening beneath the surface. Karter and I started a little flower garden together. After one seed sprouted, I found myself checking every day, wondering why the other
