Maintaining thyroid health is critical, as it affects energy metabolism and muscle function. By focusing on whole foods that nourish the thyroid, such as those rich in protein and healthy fats, I noticed a big difference in my energy levels during workouts. You feel more energized, and your strength improves, especially during challenging leg sessions. One thing I recommend is tracking your workout volume and duration as well; I’ve seen improvements since I started logging my leg day activities. Consistency in fueling and exercise helps build endurance over time. For anyone balancing fitness with thyroid concerns, fueling your body properly is not just about the workout but also about overall well-being. If you’re looking to try a similar approach, experiment with gluten-free protein options and keep treats like waffles part of the plan occasionally to maintain motivation.
