「ほうれん草 束 スーパー」で検索している方って、結局のところ“1束いくらが相場で、どこで買うのが得か”を知りたいんですよね。私も今回、業務スーパーで「ほうれん草15束入り199円」を見て、思わず二度見しました。1束あたり約13円なので、一般的なスーパーで1束100〜200円くらいで並んでいるのと比べると、かなり破格だと思います（もちろん地域や時期で変動はあります）。 ただ、束売りのほうれん草が安い時に気をつけたいのが「使い切れるか問題」。私は買う前に、①3日で食べる分、②冷凍する分、③下茹でして作り置きする分…と、使い道をざっくり決めてからカゴに入れるようにしています。束が多いとお得でも、傷ませたら結局もったいないので。 私がよくやるのはこの3パターンです。 ・すぐ食べる：ベーコンと炒めて塩胡椒、または卵とじ。シンプルが一番消費が早いです。 ・冷凍する：洗って水気をしっかり切り、食べやすい長さにカットして保存袋へ。生のまま冷凍でもいけますが、私は食感を揃えたいので軽く下茹で→水気を絞って小分け冷凍にします。味噌汁やスープにそのまま入れられて便利。 ・作り置き：下茹でして「ほうれん草のナムル」か「ごま和え」に。お弁当にも流用できて、束消費が一気に進みます。 あと、“安さの理由”も自分なりに確認すると納得感が上がります。業務スーパーは大容量・まとめ売りが多いので、単価が下がりやすい印象でした。私は野菜でも一応、産地表示や傷み具合はチェックしてから買っています。 今回みたいに、ほうれん草以外にもカットねぎやブロッコリー、カットトマト缶みたいな「常備しやすい食材」を一緒に買うと、献立が回しやすくて結果的にムダ買いが減りました。ほうれん草の束が安いスーパーを見つけたら、“保存までセットで考える”のがおすすめです。
