2 Board Speed Break
A speed break is one of my favorites. The boards are dangling, not braced. The goal is to hit the boards quickly and to go through your target. if done properly, the boards will break before they have a chance to move out of the way. This was my first time trying to do this break with 2 boards. ASAH!!!
