Laser hair removal can be performed on all skin tones, but not all wavelengths can be used!
Longer wavelengths bypass the epidermis and target the melanin in the hair follicle, whereas shorter wavelengths will do the opposite which results in burns to the patients skin if they are a deeper complexion.
