CREAMY LEMON DRESSING This salad dressing will make any salad even more delicious. This recipe only requires a few pantry staples, and you probably have all of these ingredients already at home!

Ingredients

½ cup olive oil

½ red onion, diced

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp creamy Dijon mustard

1 tbsp maple syrup

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or measuring cup.

2. Blend using an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

4. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
