I've been using Notes+ for the past week to rewrite my review notes for midterms, and it has genuinely changed how I take notes on my iPad 🤭
I don't like having multiple devices in front of me while I'm studying, so having the in app extensions helps me minimize distractions. It has chatGPT which has been helping me so much because not only is it super convenient, but if I want to copy down the explanation in my notes, it's right there. It's the same with the Google extension they also have built which I have been using for vocab terms.
Another feature that has been super helpful is the way I can download websites and link them to my notes. I have a couple of digital textbooks this semester, and having them pulled up right next to my notes while annotating has cut down on so much wasted time. This has also helped with the course papers that I need to read research papers for because now they are annotated and are all linked back to my rough draft.
As someone who needs flashcards to memorize vocab terms, I've always been so frustrated with how long they take to create, even though the terms and their definitions are right there in my notes. However, with the revealer pen, I can turn my notes into my flashcards which is such a time saver.
Although I haven't taken any online classes this semester, I have in the past before, and I know what a pain it is to be taking my notes and miss a slide that I was supposed to screenshot.
