Here is my go to back workout. As a bikini bodybuilder, I typically only work out my back and biceps once a week. As you can see, whether I’m in season or off season, my back is very strong. I highly recommend using the exercises in this routine. As always I advise to modify the weight that you use

How much should I focus on algorithms/SQL?
