God leads you!

When walking the path that God has set for you, it's common to face moments of fear and doubt, especially when the enemy tries to paralyze your progress by raising concerns about getting hurt or being exposed. From personal experience, I've learned that fear is often rooted in lies that try to distract us from the joy and fulfillment available through God's guidance. The key is to recognize fear as a tactic used by the enemy to keep you from stepping into your full potential and calling. When God leads you toward something new—be it a relationship, a career change, or a spiritual mission—it may feel uncomfortable or risky. But in those moments, faith is what pushes you forward, reminding you that God's plan is for your ultimate good. For example, when I felt God leading me to form new relationships or take on challenges I was hesitant about, I had to actively confront the internal voices of fear. I invited God’s peace to overcome my anxiety, and I intentionally focused on the promises of faith rather than the doubts around me. This shift made a huge difference, allowing me to experience growth and joy instead of staying stuck in worry. Remember, the enemy's lies often come in the form of "What if I get hurt again?" or "What if people find out who I really am?" By re-centering your thoughts on God's words and calling, you weaken those lies. Each step you take in faith builds resilience against fear. If you find yourself hesitant or afraid, try writing down your fears and then counter each one with a faith-based statement or scripture. This practice strengthens your mindset and helps you distinguish truth from deception. Trust that God's leading is toward a healthy, joyful future, and keep moving forward despite fear. In summary, fear is a natural response, but it doesn’t have to control your life. Confronting and calling fear what it really is—an enemy tactic—empowers you to embrace God's calling. The joy and fulfillment awaiting you on the other side make the struggle worthwhile.
