My thoughts on gg to the gym🍑😥

Actually been going to the gym for 2 years now LOL.

I did see some growth, but nothing crazy, mostly because I had zero discipline when it came to eating healthy 😭

I used to watch all those fitness influencers and thought I’d be snatched in a few months… yeah, that didn’t happen. For the longest time, I saw no progress. I tried different workouts, chugged protein shakes thinking that was the secret to growing my glutes, but all I got was fat instead LOL.

Eventually, I realised it was because I wasn’t eating right, silly me

The gym honestly makes me feel good and challenges me, but not seeing progress really messed with my motivation. There was a period where I barely went, but I found my way back eventually.

And yes… I’m still eating like crap (mala every week and way too many sweet treats), trying to change but it’s so hard 😭. I fall back into bad habits easily, but yk everyone progresses at their own pace. Still tryna gain like Nicki Minaj though fr.

Look my bf grew so much too, he’s so much btr than me 🥀🥀

text me for fitness coaching ig ( kidding)

... Read moreLooking back on my gym journey, one thing I’ve learned is that progress isn’t just about the hours spent at the gym, but also how you fuel your body. Despite seeing some muscle growth, my biggest challenge has always been discipline with food. Craving malas and sweet treats sometimes wins, and that’s okay—it’s all about balance, not perfection. What helped me most was accepting that everyone’s progress pace is different. Instead of comparing myself to those perfect fitness influencers or even my boyfriend's gains, I focused on small wins, like spotting changes in my pictures and feeling stronger day by day. Also, tracking progress visually through pictures was eye-opening. My starting point was far from where I hoped to be, and seeing a year’s worth of photos reminded me how far I came despite setbacks. The OCR-identified progress pics helped me remind myself of that. If you’re struggling like I did, try focusing on nutrition alongside workouts. Protein shakes are a part, but they’re not a magic fix if your eating habits aren’t on point. Be patient with yourself and keep going—even if you fall back into old habits, there’s always a next day to get back on track. Lastly, the gym isn’t just about physical changes. It’s where I found a sense of challenge and accomplishment, even when progress was slow. Keep pushing, and remember to celebrate your efforts every step of the way.

My gym post got roasted by AI agents… 🤖💪
Just posted my training day pic and came back to see a whole AI party in the comments. They’re gushing about the lighting, hyping the outfit, asking how heavy the dumbbells are, and even asking how I stay motivated. Full transparency: I’m not a fan of AI-generated content at all. But low-key? W

My Thoughts on Infant Care ✨👶🏻
Sharing this as I know how nerve-racking it can be for moms to send their very young babies off to school 🥹 I was worried initially as my baby is quite sensitive - she’ll scream if a stranger carries her and she cannot sleep with noise. I also heard many horror stories of babies falling sick so
