Easter Bunny Punch 🐣
Ingredients:
4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
2 cups orange juice, chilled
2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
1 liter lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7UP), chilled
1 cup coconut milk (optional, for a creamy touch)
1/2 cup grenadine syrup
1/2 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup mini marshmallows (for decoration)
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
Bunny-shaped marshmallows or Peeps (for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the Base: In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled pineapple juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice. Stir well to blend the flavors evenly.
Add Creaminess (Optional): If using coconut milk, slowly whisk it into the juice mixture until fully incorporated and slightly frothy.
Sweeten the Punch: Stir in the grenadine syrup for a vibrant pink hue and added sweetness. Taste and add simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter punch.
Add the Fizz: Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Stir lightly to preserve the carbonation.
Add Fruit & Ice: Add sliced strawberries, pineapple chunks, and a generous amount of ice cubes to keep the punch refreshingly cold.
Decorate: Float mini marshmallows on top for a fun, festive touch. For extra charm, garnish each glass with whipped cream and top with bunny-shaped marshmallows or Peeps.
Serve: Ladle into glasses and serve immediately while bubbly and fresh.
