In my 30s +, I had the opportunity to work with a Chinese company.
It was an experience that really made me understand the working world more.
Here are 10 things I've learned from there.
1️⃣ Speed is very important.
Many things have to be decided quickly and immediately.
2️⃣ The roadmap always changes.
Sometimes what was discussed yesterday. Today may have changed.
3️⃣ have to solve the problem.
Many matters need to be thought about and dealt with immediately.
4️⃣ Communication is very important.
If the communication is not matched, the task is very difficult.
5️⃣ have to adapt quickly.
Because the work culture is quite different.
6️⃣ Sometimes you have to do multiple duties.
One position may need to see several at once.
7️⃣ must learn very quickly.
Because everything walks really fast.
8️⃣ pretty high expectations.

Even if we work well, if the style doesn't match, it can be difficult.
