Step up Your Smoothie Game with These Delicious Make-Ahead Smoothie Cubes (Swipe to see what's in each)

As you know, I'm always looking for ways to make healthy eating easier! That's why I put together these delicious & simple smoothie cube recipes that you can make ahead of time to speed up the process when you're ready to get your smoothie on!Of course you can customize these to your preferences too.

Feel free to add your favorite fruits/vegetables, protein sources, or extras like collagen powder, chia seeds, goji berries, etc.

Note: for all smoothie cubes, you will need an ice tray.

💜What you need for the berry beet blast:

=½ cup strawberries

-½ cup raspberries

-3-4 beets

-½ cup Greek yogurt

-½ cup coconut water

💚What you need for the banana & power greens:

-banana

-1 cup spinach

-1 scoop whey protein powder

-½ cup coconut water

-½ an avocado

-½ tsp spirulina (optional)

❤️What you need for the dragon fruit delight:

-½ cup dragon fruit puree or whole fruit

-½ cup blackberries

-1 cup spinach

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

-½ cup coconut water

🤎What you need for the chocolate cherry crush:

-banana

-½ cup kale

-1 scoop chocolate protein powder

-½ cup almond milk

-½ cup dark cherries

💛What you need for the pineapple mango punch:

-½ cup pineapple

-½ cup mango

-¾ cup cauliflower

-½ cup Greek yogurt

-½ cup coconut water

-collagen powder (optional)

What to do:

1- Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and pourable (add more liquid if necessary).

2- Pour your smoothie base evenly into the ice tray and place flat in the freezer.

3- Freeze for at least 6-8 hours.

4- When ready, pop out 5-6 of your smoothie cubes (depending on size) into a blender along with an additional ½2 cup of your chosen liquid.

5- Blend until smooth and enjoy!
