Coming to Find You was a decent read. It tells two stories in one: Elizabeth’s story during World War II in the 1940s, and Nancy’s story set in the present day. Both women are connected through one place — Tall Chimneys.

This is a slower-paced book, with little action or suspense. I figured out the main twist early on. It felt more like a story being told rather than a page-turning thriller.

I preferred the characters and storyline from the past over the present. Honestly, I think I would have enjoyed it more if it had just been Elizabeth’s story without Nancy’s.

If the book’s synopsis had truly reflected what it was about, I probably would’ve skipped it.
