I’ll admit it… I love me some good old antique gold rub & buff. 🤷🏻‍♀️😆I was going to just leave this project as it was, but I kept staring at it and eventually noticed that although the plain matte black was beautiful, it washed out a lot of the detail in the wood carvings. After some thought, I decided to use antique gold rub &buff just on the floral carvings. I guess the craziness of this full moon (lots of stuff happening in the astrological world rn if you weren’t aware!) inspired me to continue creating! I’ve been feeling super creatively inspired recently. Has anyone else? Do you like the gold accents versus the all black I had before?
