-Draw design onto dowels with a sharpie marker using a ruler. You can have an open mind with design but make sure you sit the bustle dowels closely together as possible while

drawing the design onto the bustle dowels. At this stage the bustle you are drawing a design onto is either half (preferred) or the full bustle. Lay it down on a rolled-up towel so that

the bustle does not move while drawing on.
