Sharing authentic updates that resonate emotionally often leads to greater connection. For content creators, understanding audience preferences for frequency and type of updates is essential. For instance, many followers appreciate the balance of quick daily checks and comprehensive weekly summaries. Behind-the-scenes content, including struggles and victories, adds depth, making followers feel invested in the reality of the journey. Moreover, choosing the right platforms matters. Some creators thrive by spreading updates across various social media, while others find focus helps establish a stronger community. It's also crucial to avoid burnout; creators should prioritize mental health while sharing their stories. Hey I say post as often as you want. But I say weekly check ins are great. You can definitely post your food do let the scale discourage you. Non scale victory's are the best so take videos and pics. Just do you remember not to stress and get in lots of water
