Nail Growth Tips!
Currently apart of the short nail club due to esthetics school but, when people would find out that these were my natural nails they were always shocked!
Let me be clear and honest, I do believe apart of the my ability to grow my nails so long is partly due to genetics BUT I have certainly taken supplements and have a nail care routine to help with growing my nails faster and stronger.
MSM is a great supplement that can help strengthen nails, hair and soften skin.
A mixture of horsetail powder infused in some jojoba oil works wonders as well.
If you’re a nail bitter (I use to be) I recommend keeping your nails polished. This will help curbed the urge to pick at them.
To enhance your nail growth journey, consider incorporating vitamin-rich foods into your diet, such as leafy greens, eggs, and nuts, which contain biotin essential for nail strength. Using high-quality nail polishes can not only improve aesthetics but also protect your nails from damage. Regularly moisturizing your nails and cuticles with oils like jojoba or almond can keep them hydrated and less prone to breakage. Additionally, it's important to maintain a balanced diet and stay hydrated to support overall nail health. Remember, patience is key; growing healthy nails takes time and consistent care.
