How many times did you quit to find the right place?❓

Share experiences, brave people change the course of life 💡.

It is not strange ❗️ that many graduates do not dare to decide to change their line of work or change their course of work.

So what kind of are you? ❓🧐

Who is confused by work or hesitant to change their line of work, read our story...

Back when I was 23, I started working.

⚠️ with the position of "supervisor" in the rubber stick factory, young and inexperienced, found all kinds of unsolvable problems, no supporter had to resign 😭 (1. Do 1 year).

⚠️ Then try to do a visa company, even if the language is not good, but try your best (2. Do 8 months)

⚠️ Go back to the same place (old factory) because the seniors invited again and told us that there is still waiting for us. This time, do well and be happy. (3. Do 2 years)

⚠️, when my personal life was troubled, I decided to leave and open a grilled pig shop with my girlfriend, the most troubled life. (4. Do 4 months)

⚠️ break your life, intend to go home, because since graduation, there has been no time to take a break, go back to sell fried chicken at home (5. Do it for a month).

⚠️ made a big decision, moved a six-hour job away from home to a shopping manager in a mall, but finally discovered that "this is not the life I want," ‼️ dared to quit (after just one day!), this is the peak of my life 🤭 to find a stable company with a clear future (6.do one day).

⚠️ looking for a new job all over the place, while being a cell in a mall (7. Do one day), the company that filed the application called an interview and got into the job.

⚠️ new job is a frozen food distribution company (8. 1 day). The car company called an interview and was ready for work. * * At that time, I thought our lives were being bullied. * *

✅, but not until the end...I found a car company that has been doing since 2019 until now 2026 (9. It's been 7 years). From staff to full supervisor (change the full line as well), get the welfare you look for! Not as rich as friends who own a business or as sick as friends in the civil service, but proud of what you try and what the organization rewards. 🏢

Lessons to share:

✅ Don't be afraid to trial and error if it's not really your place.

✅ "resignation" is not a failure, but it is to "screen" what is not to find the place that best answers our lives.

✅ Once we know what we want (good Career Path, right welfare, stable job), trust and choose that.

Now look back. Thank yourself that day for daring to decide. Thank you for all the mistakes made to grow to this day. ✌️

Who's at the point of changing jobs or looking for progress? Let's share!

🤎 follow stories of experiences every day. Click to follow. 🤎

Dramatic, I know, but I was this 🤏🏾close! Burnout is so common nowadays, because I feel like we are all trying to do multiple things to find our way through life, our happiness all while trying to keep up with each other! It’s important that we take a step back and breathe when we can.
