Day 7….. today was ROUGH… only slept 3 hours…. Had to go back to the doctors… ended up getting the soft cast off and a hard cast put on which was painful! But now I am back at home and EXHAUSTED. Hopefully I will sleep tonight. The incision is healing well, I go back in 9 days to get this cast

What I noticed after bariatric surgery!
