It’s many people preaching and teaching from an open wound because they have not been completely healed yet preaching from a wound that has not been healed yet we will bleed on people that did not cut us.
Psalm 147:3

I have faced danger in the cities, in the deserts, and on the seas. And I have faced danger from men who claim to be believers but are not.

Empowered by his faith, Paul persevered through numerous trials, including encounters with individuals who posed as fellow believers but actually had ulterior motives, attempting to undermine his teachings or bring harm to his mission it’s false believers out there in 2026 the Holy Spirit taught us already that we will know them by the fruit.
1 Thessalonians 5:12-13
And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;

Early Church Structure: At this point in Christ-ian history, formal church gift like "pastor" were still developing. Paul refers to the leaders simply as those who "labor among you, are over you in the Lord, and admonish [warn/instruct] you when we know them we won’t be shocked when they do and say things that we know they are not supposed to be doing or saying leadership supposed to be held at a higher standard not just like the average job on the block leadership need to be different.
I found out about 15 years ago that it’s vital to know those that labor among us sad to say some leadership and believers introduce people to their representative it shouldn’t be like that amongst people that’s naming the name of Christ.

It’s things that biblical believers won’t even think about doing much less doing them the Holy Spirit is teaching me to do Bible studies about what i go through it’s blowing my mind because what we need to know is in our Holy Bible.

From my experience, many of us teach and minister while still carrying unhealed wounds, unintentionally passing pain to others. This aligns deeply with Psalm 147:3, which reminds us that God heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. I've found that recognizing this healing process as ongoing and gentle is essential for both leaders and members of the faith. Reflecting on Paul’s trials, as mentioned in 2 Corinthians 11:26, offers a powerful example of steadfast faith amidst adversity. Paul’s perseverance despite dangers and false believers encourages us to stay vigilant and grounded in truth. In practical terms, I've seen instances where distinguishing genuine leadership, who labor faithfully and admonish wisely as urged in 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13, is crucial to maintaining a healthy, authentic church environment. Leadership, especially today, demands higher accountability and spiritual maturity than a regular position. It should not be about status but about serving with humility and integrity. Over the years, witnessing how some leaders have used their title to introduce themselves rather than being known personally has taught me the importance of close-knit, transparent relationships within the church body. Additionally, the Holy Spirit guiding us to study Scripture in light of our personal experiences has been transformative. By applying Biblical truths to everyday challenges, believers can deepen their faith and foster healing. This process of continual learning and reflection, encouraged by the Spirit, enriches our understanding and strengthens our walk with God. Ultimately, healing and leadership are intertwined; healed leaders build environments where the wounded find hope and restoration. The journey is ongoing, but embracing these biblical insights empowers us to nurture a community marked by compassion, resilience, and true faith.
