Personally, I’m putting trust in God, not in man.
In the Bible, trust means leaning your full weight on God, having a bold and confident security in His character, and acting in obedience even when life is hard or unclear. It is not just a feeling, but an active choice to rely on God instead of your own limited understanding.
Isaiah 2:22
Don’t put your trust in mere humans.
They are as frail as breath.

Psalm 146:3-5
Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

In my personal journey of faith, I've learned that truly trusting God goes far beyond simply believing in His existence; it's about surrendering control and leaning fully on His promises even when circumstances seem uncertain. For example, when facing difficult decisions at work or in relationships, remembering Isaiah 2:22 reminds me that humans, no matter how capable, have limited power and influence, often fleeting like a breath. This perspective helps me overcome anxiety and the need to control outcomes.
