How I trained for 7 marathons on all 7 continents in 1 week…from running in a FREEZER to a HOT YOGA studio, we did EVERYTHING to prepare with @brooksrunning! Today I competed in my first taekwondo tournament!! I made about 3,000 mistakes but we came out with back-to-back wins in Ultra today!!
