I usually do this when I'm alone at home because I don't have to cook too much.

is easy, fast and so tasty.

I boil 1 cup of pasta

I have cucumbers, red onion, panela cheese, avocado and peppers ready in cubes.

I grill chicken with spicy peppers and pepper
