Buffalo Chicken Tenderloins with Brown rice, corn, celery, baby carrots and a side salad.
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken tenderloins
- Olive oil
- Dash of chicken broth
- Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- Frank's mild wing sauce
- Sweet Baby Ray's buffalo wing sauce
- Ben's whole grain brown rice
- Butter
- Canned corn
- Spring mix
- Mozzarella cheese
- Celery
- Baby carrots
- Hidden Valley ranch seasoning packet
- Plain Greek yogurt
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and a dash of chicken broth. Add the chicken tenderloins and cook until fully cooked. Once done, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Season the chicken with Slap Ya Mama seasoning, Frank's wing sauce, and Sweet Baby Ray's buffalo wing sauce. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. While the chicken is cooking, microwave Ben's whole grain brown rice for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Once done, add butter and season with Slap Ya Mama seasoning to taste.
4. For the corn, cook the canned corn for 3 minutes, drain, and then add butter and Slap Ya Mama seasoning to your liking.
5. Prepare a salad with spring mix and mozzarella cheese. Cut up celery and serve with baby carrots alongside homemade ranch dressing.
6. To make the ranch dressing, mix the Hidden Valley ranch seasoning packet with plain Greek yogurt and serve.🍽️
