The higher the setting, the more intense the zap is. 😭 (and I’m on a relatively low setting..) such an unpleasant experience. I love my sacral nerve stimulator. It really helps… but, adjusting the setting and zapping myself is not fun.

So, it turns out I may have caused a CSF leak when I fell down the stairs in March… and that could be why I’ve been in so much pain. 🤪😭

Was it from falling down the stairs? Is it from this new birth control? Or is this just how I feel now? I’m at that point when my headaches and migraines have been worse for so long now, I’m starting to wonder if this is really just a flare up. But, I really hope it is… ❤️‍🩹

The results are in, and it turns out that I have a collection of fluid on my right cheek after falling down the stairs. 😭 has this happened to anyone else before? ❤️‍🩹

Even as someone who creates content about my chronic illness, I don’t show everything. I only show what I want to. Keep in mind that people are only sharing what they want to. That doesn’t mean they’re not chronically ill. ❤️‍🩹
