You're stronger than you think
Change may be scary, but not letting go will only prolong the cycle & make the pain feel more painful, just to say. It's ready to be released now. What's happening is more about the connection with the past. That relationship with the long and gone past, it's ready to be made peace with, to make room for new energy.
Look forward to the new phase in life, as what happened is completion of a cycle, moving forward with a new understanding of the past. You may still be healing, but that's okay. You're doing great.
You hold the empathy, compassion, emotional intelligence, and to take the action of upholding one's own boundaries, while still being mindful of those around one's self. Whatever it is that you may have been wanting, is either already here or on its way. I don't know when.
Let go of whatever it is, and trust the universe and trust yourself, too. Bit of advice, have the confidence to take action of taking your life in your hands, for your own behalf. Create a solid and healthy foundation and break down goal(s) to manageble actions to get done, before taking this next big level up in life.
Spend time with others that inspire and motivate you. It may be scary, or not, but it'll help with growth and flourishing, possibly new doors may open. Rejuvenate yourself and your energy before returning back to responsibilities and/or tasks. You're still doing an awesome job
