Before, I was carrying around 235 lbs and wearing a size 2X, feeling unhappy and unhealthy due to constant inflammation. It affected not only my physical health but also my mental well-being. Starting a journey focused on reducing inflammation through better nutrition and healthy habits made a huge difference. I shifted to eating anti-inflammatory foods such as leafy greens, fatty fish, and nuts, while cutting back on processed foods and sugars that contributed to bloating and discomfort. Consistent exercise tailored to my energy levels also helped me lose weight gradually, bringing me down to 200 lbs and fitting comfortably into a size large. More importantly, I felt renewed, energized, and happier in my own skin, free from the uncomfortable inflammation that once held me back. This transformation wasn’t just about numbers on a scale but about embracing my worth and health from the inside out.
