Try to remain calm if someone had a seizure in front of you. When someone has a seizure these are the steps to take: 1. Get them to a flat surface 2. Protect their head 3. Remove anything around that could cause injury 4. Turn them on their side 5. Time it 6. Call 911 if the seizure lasts
