🦋Trusting God When You Feel Weak🌸

Sometimes we feel like we have to hold it all together—but truth is, we all have moments of weakness. And that’s okay.

This page is your gentle reminder that God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). He doesn’t expect perfection—He just wants us to lean on Him.

When you feel overwhelmed:

• Trust in God’s faithfulness. He’s your rock and refuge.

• Rest in His promises. You are loved, seen, and never alone.

• Acknowledge your struggles. Healing starts with honesty.

You don’t have to be strong all the time. Just be held.

Drop a “Amen” if you’re trusting God to carry you through this season.

... Read moreYou know, there are days when it feels like the weight of the world is just too much, and I find myself wondering if I'm strong enough to carry on. That's exactly when my faith becomes my anchor. When the original post talks about finding strength in weakness, it truly resonates with my own journey. One of the most powerful tools I've discovered for leaning into God's promises is Bible journaling. It's not just about reading; it's about connecting with the Word on a deeper, more personal level. I remember feeling so overwhelmed a few months ago, and I decided to dedicate a special journal to my quiet time. I started by writing down verses that spoke to me about strength and God's faithfulness. I grabbed some colorful pens and stickers – just like you might see in a beautiful, personalized journal entry – and let my creativity flow. It’s amazing how highlighting a verse or adding a little doodle next to it can make it stick in your heart. If you're new to it, just start with a simple notebook and a favorite verse. Don't strive for perfection; let it be an honest reflection of your heart. Here are a few of my go-to verses when I'm feeling weak, perfect for your own journal: Isaiah 41:10: "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." This one always reminds me that I'm never truly alone. Philippians 4:13: "I can do all this through him who gives me strength." A powerful affirmation for those moments of doubt. Psalm 46:1: "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." A beautiful reminder of His constant presence. 2 Corinthians 12:9: "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me." This verse, mentioned in the original post, is a cornerstone for me. Beyond journaling, actively bringing my struggles to God in prayer has been transformative. There were times I literally couldn't find the words, just tears. But even then, I knew God heard my prayer. He doesn't need perfectly articulated sentences; He just needs our honest heart. I often pray for clarity, for peace, and for the strength to take just one more step. And every single time, I've felt a shift, a quiet reassurance that I am seen, heard, and held. Don't ever doubt that your prayers, big or small, are listened to. Our God is a loving Father who yearns to connect with us, to be our refuge when we feel most vulnerable. For all my fellow women of faith out there, remember that your journey is unique, but the source of strength is universal. Whether you're a busy mom, a student, a professional, or navigating any season of life, taking a few minutes to journal a verse, whisper a prayer, or simply rest in His presence can make all the difference. It's about finding those moments to replenish your spirit and embrace the truth that His strength is made perfect in your weakness. Let's encourage each other to keep leaning on Him!
