Why 21 days? 🤔
The idea came from Dr. Maxwell Maltz.
An American surgeon. He observed that the patient
It took about 21 days to adjust.
With body changes after surgery.
So the human brain takes 21 days
To accept and get used to new things.
Including practicing new habits
The interesting thing is....
21 days is not a magic number that is immediately accomplished.
But it's the moment the brain starts to feel
"Well, this isn't weird."
When the weirdness decreases,
The resistance in the heart decreased.
So it's easier to make new habits. Do more.

The note is the same. ✍️
The first period may feel forced, some forgotten, some lazy.
Just try to set a goal for 21 days.
- No long notes.
- Don't write pretty.
- Just open the book and write it down a little day.
The brain begins to remember and warn that
"Did you write it down today?"
And then writing gradually becomes normal.

Mimi's Plan organized the event.
Challenge. 21 days of continuous jotting.
In the notebook group. ✍🏻💕
Let's build a familiarity.
Practice writing together with friends.
Have friends and save more fun
Come to cheer for each other
