・ Bacon... 1 / 2 piece

A)

Beef and pork meat... 220g

1 / 2 cup milk

1 teaspoon potato starch

・ Salt... 1 / 2 teaspoon

・ Sugar... 1 / 2 teaspoon

· Garlic (grated)... 1 / 4 teaspoon

Nutmeg powder... 6 spoons

・ Cherry tomatoes: 14 to 20

・ Olive oil... 2 tsp

・ Cooking liquor... 1 / 4 cup

・ Lemon (cut into wedges)... Appropriate amount

 

How to make

① Finely chop bacon with kitchen scissors or a kitchen knife. Remove the stem of cherry tomatoes.

② Put bacon and A in a frying pan and mix well with a rubber spatula until sticky. Divide the meat stock into two equal parts, put each on a wrap thinly coated with olive oil (excluding the amount), and shape it into an oval shape.

③ Lightly wipe the dirt on the frying pan used in ② with kitchen paper, add olive oil, and heat over medium heat. Add ②, bake for about 3 minutes, and turn upside down. Pour cooking liquor, cover and steam over low medium heat for about 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, open the lid once, add cherry tomatoes and steam together (if the water is about to run out, add a little water).

④ Serve the hamburger steak and cherry tomatoes in a bowl, garnish with lemon, and pour the remaining juice into the frying pan.
