lotus root mochi
Material
・ Lotus root 180g
· 1.5 teaspoons of hondashi
・ Yuzu pepper 1.5 tsp
・ Potato starch tablespoon 1 ~
· Half size grilled seaweed 3 sheets
・ Appropriate amount of frying oil
How to make
① Grate the peeled lotus root. Chop the last piece with a kitchen knife.
② In a bowl, add ① Tohondashi, Yuzu pepper, and potato starch and mix. Since water comes out from the lotus root, add potato starch and mix until the water does not bother you.
③ Cut half-size baked seaweed in half horizontally and vertically. Wrap ② in seaweed and fry to complete.
