I am always craving something sweet. ALWAYS After years of trial and error, I know I will probably never be able to cut sugar out of my diet completely. It’s inevitable and I’d be doing myself more harm by overly-restricting. I have tried to cut out as much “bad” sugar as I possibly can though.
